Canoeing on the Warta River
We gather the team, put on life jacket and get into the kayaks. We will explore Warta region from the level of the river. We start from Jeziorsko reservoir, an artificial pool of the river, and we go all the way to Uniejów.
This is a serious distance, several kilometers of the rafting.
It is worth taking binoculars on the trip to observe the birds living here. there are thousands of them all year round. Here they rest, feed and have their nesting places. Look out for the black stork, greylag goose, little gull, herring gull, common gull, mallard, shoveler, tufted duck and blackhead grebes and other birds. However the most important is the nesting position of the great egret.
Spływ kajakowy rzeką Warta
Zbieramy ekipę, zakładamy kapoki i wsiadamy do kajaków. Będziemy zwiedzać okolicę z poziomu rzeki. Zaczynamy od zbiornika Jeziorsko, sztucznego rozlewiska rzeki i płyniemy aż do Uniejowa. To poważny odcinek, kilkanaście kilometrów spływu. Połowę jeziora zajmuje rezerwat ornitologiczny chroniący ostoję ptaków wodno-błotnych. Jest to największy rezerwat przyrody w województwie łódzkim.
Na wyprawę warto zabrać lornetkę, by obserwować żyjące tu ptaki. Są ich tysiące przez cały rok. Tu odpoczywają, żerują i mają swoje miejsca lęgowe. Wypatrujcie bociana czarnego, gęś gęgawę, mewę małą, mewę srebrzystą, mewę pospolitą, kaczkę krzyżówkę, płaskonosa, czernicę i głowienkę. perkozy i inne ptaki. Najważniejsze jest jednak stanowisko lęgowe czapli białej.
